Refund Policy

In short: 14-day refund window from purchase. If the PDF is materially different from what this page describes, you get your money back. Requests are handled through our payment partners.

1. Refund window

You may request a full refund for the digital PDF within 14 days of purchase. Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, we ask that you include a short reason (any honest reason is fine) so we can improve the product — but the refund itself is not conditional on the reason within this window.

2. Not as described

If the product is materially not as described on the product page (e.g., missing sections or content materially different from what is advertised), you are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window — tell us what differs and we will make it right or refund you in full.

3. After the window

After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer law (e.g., defects that make the file unusable).

4. How to request

Email support@expanpress.com with your order/receipt reference and the email used at checkout.
Refunds are processed by our payment partners back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Where technically possible, download access for the refunded order is deactivated.
